These terms govern your use of DIY Business. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
DIY Business provides invoicing, recurring billing, payment tracking, and related tools for small businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your organization. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your business.
You agree not to misuse the service — no unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent use, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no sending of content you are not permitted to send.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on the interval you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan from Settings.
You own the business and customer data you put into the app. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it and for honoring your own customers' privacy rights. We process it on your behalf under our Privacy Policy.
We retain all rights in the software and our brand. You retain all rights in your content.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you can export your data, after which it may be deleted per our retention schedule.
We may update these terms; continued use after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
